As a leader in the preservation of early American architecture, NRF supports research and education in areas directly related to its collections and issues of critical concern to the field of historic preservation.

Live amidst history by renting one of our many historic properties.
The majority of properties that were restored by the Newport Restoration Foundation continue to be owned and maintained as unfurnished rental houses. Rents are based on fair market rental values and range from one to six bedrooms in size. The majority of our homes are located in Newport, with one property located in Middletown and five in Portsmouth. The properties in Middletown and Portsmouth are nestled within NRF’s scenic Prescott Farm.
Interested in one of our homes? Please let us know by emailing your name and contact information to stewardship@newportrestoration.org. NRF will circulate regular emails about available houses and include information such as monthly rent, move-in fees, and floorplan.
