Discover the Secrets
of the Almy-Cory House!

Changes are afoot at St. Barnabas church as the old rectory begins a new life. The Newport Restoration Foundation (NRF) is carefully dismantling the house and moving it to Prescott Farm where it will be restored to its original, circa 1806 condition.

NRF will be sharing this fascinating process with the public through a year-long series of programs. Be among the first to glimpse the house’s hidden features by joining us for a slide presentation and building tour. We will explore the house’s history, its structural clues and discoveries, and the process of dismantling and restoring it.
